Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if there are any issues, we really want to help you resolve them. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

1. Cancellation and Returns
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is known as the cooling-off period.
To cancel, please contact us at oxherbs@classicalchinesemedicine.uk with your order number.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition for a refund (i.e. in original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging) and must include an invoice or receipt. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.

2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please ensure it is in its original, sealed packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs or postage and handling charges for returns. We recommend you return items with a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is faulty (please email us a photo of any damaged shipping packaging or damaged items).

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original method of payment.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, or replacement.
Please contact us immediately with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Exceptions
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund due to health and hygiene regulations.
Gift vouchers or digital downloads are non-refundable.
