Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. An advance notice of cancellation allows us to extend treatment to others in need of treatment, otherwise regrettably, the full treatment fee will be charged. Thank you for your consideration.

If you booked your appointment online, you’ll find a cancellation link in the original booking confirmation email, otherwise please call or email: info@classicalchinesemedicine.uk to cancel.
