From Crediton: Take the A377 road heading southeast toward Exeter (through Newton St Cyres). You’ll drive through Cowley Hill, over a little bridge. At the mini-roundabout, take the left turn along Stoke Road (A396) and drive towards Stoke Canon for 9 miles. At the St Mary Magdalene Church, Turn right just after passing St Mary Magdalene Church – follow the sign for Huxham Barns which is 1/2 mile down the lane on the right. Ignore the turning signposted ‘Huxham Deliveries’ and take the next turning on the right. Drive past the cemetery and follow the lane round to the right. You’ll then see the Huxham Barns sign -Turn right into the parking area.
Alternative route if the road is flooded or blocked from Stoke Canon side: Travel along Stoke Rd towards Stoke Canon, but turn right onto Stoke Hill and then left towards Poltimore. There’s a left turning towards Ratsloe. Follow this road until you come to a turning on your left with the Huxham Barns sign.
From Exeter City Centre: Head north on the B3212 (Pinhoe Road). Turn left onto Mount Pleasant Road. At Union Road roundabout, take the third exit to Stoke Hill (then follow directions from St Mary Magdalene Church as above).
From M5 Motorway (Junction 29): Exit the M5 at Junction 29 and take the A30 westbound towards Exeter. Continue along the A3015 (Honiton Road). Take the third exit to Ambassador Drive, straight over the next roundabout onto Cumberland Way and straight over the next roundabout to continue on Cumberland Way. Turn left onto the B3181 and continue onto the B3212 – Pinhole Road. Turn right onto Beacon Lane until you come to a T-junction. Turn left onto Calthorpe Road, then take the right turn to Philip Road and at the T-junction, right onto Mincinglake Road. At the next T-junction, turn right onto Stoke Hill (then follow directions from St Mary Magdalene Church as above).
Parking
There is a dedicated parking space directly outside the treatment room. If you arrive early, please park alongside the barn with the double steel roller-shutters. When the previous patient has left, you can either leave your car where you parked it, or drive into the dedicated spot just outside the treatment room.
