We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free delivery for orders over £60

Order Tracking
All deliveries include full online tracking. Tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for updates to appear on the courier’s website.

Late or Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Right to Cancel
