Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or change your upcoming appointment
– To cancel a Monday appointment, please contact us at the latest by 5pm on Friday.
– To cancel any other appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
An advance notice of cancellation allows us to extend treatment to others in need of treatment, otherwise regrettably, the full treatment fee will be charged. Thank you for your consideration.
