The Jing Fang Approach
…over two millenia of wisdom that is entirely relevant and effective for today’s health issues
Jing Fang means ‘formula pattern’. This describes the herbal medicine practice that incorporates the formula patterns described in Zhang Zhong Jing’s Han Dynasty Classical texts; the Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage) and the Jin Gui Yao Lue (Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet).
These are the seminal herbal medicine texts that continue to be taught in Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities today and hold over two millenia of wisdom that is entirely relevant and effective for today’s health issues.
The Jing Fang system is taught by Dr Feng Shi-Lun in the lineage of Dr Hu Xi-Shu, that dates back directly to these texts.
